Builder Agreement

By accepting this — at signup or below — you're agreeing to let Gunforma use the builds, photos, and descriptions you submit as a Builder, both on the platform and in how we promote it. Read it, it's short.

1. What you're giving us

You grant Gunforma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, adapt (for formatting/sizing only), and distribute the photos, text, build lists, and other content you submit as a Builder ("Contributor Content"), for:

• Displaying it on Gunforma (site, app, any future platform we operate)
• Gunforma's own marketing — social media, email, ads, the homepage, "featured build" placements
• Materials shared with brand or retail partners (e.g., aggregate or per-build usage in partner decks, co-marketing, or "most-used parts" features), provided such use does not imply the partner brand endorses you personally without your separate consent
• Internal product use, including using build/parts data to improve recommendations, search, and compatibility features

This license is perpetual for content already published or distributed under it — see Section 5.

2. What you're keeping

You retain full ownership of everything you submit. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership or copyright. You're free to post the same content anywhere else.

3. What you're promising us

You confirm that you own the photos you submit (or have the right to grant this license), the firearm and parts shown are legally yours to own and depict in your jurisdiction, nothing you submit infringes anyone else's rights or violates any law, and you're not knowingly submitting misleading part identifications or fabricated builds.

4. Credit

Gunforma will credit your builder handle/username on content we display, where practical. We won't misattribute your work to someone else.

5. If you leave the Builder Program

You can ask us in writing to stop featuring your content in new marketing or partner materials going forward. This does not retroactively pull content already published, distributed, cached, or shared with a partner before your request.

6. Compensation

Participation is unpaid unless a separate written agreement (e.g., affiliate revenue-share) is signed between you and Gunforma.

7. No obligation to publish

Gunforma may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at its discretion.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Gunforma against claims arising from a breach of Section 3.
