The Sub MACRO delivers full-size magazine capacity in a slide length Sig never offered, giving you a duty-grade round count in a pistol built to conceal. Fewer reloads mean fewer opportunities to fumble one under pressure, and when a reload is necessary, the machined magwell gets you back in the fight faster than any polymer frame can manage. An ambidextrous thumb rest keeps your support hand anchored through recoil, reinforcing the grip you need to run the gun hard.

Fitment notes: Fits standard P365 or P365 X (3.1in) slides. Takes MACRO 17/21-rd magazines, so P365X owners need MACRO mags. Magazine release not included.
