These terms govern your use of Gunforma. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to everything below. Read it — it's written in plain English on purpose.
Gunforma is a community platform for sharing pistol builds, parts configurations, and related information. It is not a retailer, manufacturer, dealer, or licensed firearms business. We do not sell firearms or parts. We do not provide legal advice.
Gunforma is operated by a sole proprietor based in Texas. Throughout these terms, "Gunforma," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this operator and any future legal entity that assumes operation of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Gunforma. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Gunforma lets you browse community-submitted pistol builds and parts, post your own builds with photos and parts lists, interact with other users' content (such as the "fire" feature), and use our parts catalog and builder tools. Some features require a free account. Posting builds requires acceptance of the Builder Agreement, which governs the content license for anything you submit.
You retain ownership of everything you post. By submitting content, you grant Gunforma the license described in the Builder Agreement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that what you post is accurate, that you own or have rights to any photos you upload, that the firearms and parts depicted are legally owned by you, and that nothing you submit violates any law or infringes anyone's rights.
We review submissions before they go live and may decline to publish, edit, or remove any content at our discretion without notice.

Gunforma may display links to third-party retailers where you can purchase parts shown in builds. Some of these are affiliate links, meaning Gunforma earns a commission if you make a purchase through them. These commissions come from the retailer at no additional cost to you. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party retailer. We do not guarantee pricing, availability, stock status, or the accuracy of any product information shown on our platform. You are responsible for verifying compliance with your local laws before purchasing any item through these links. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.
Gunforma is for information and inspiration only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Firearms, magazines, optics, barrels, suppressors, and other parts shown on Gunforma may be restricted or illegal depending on your federal, state, and local laws. You are solely responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to you before buying, owning, shipping, assembling, or modifying anything referenced on this site. When in doubt, consult a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) or attorney in your jurisdiction.
The Gunforma name, logo, site design, and original content (excluding user submissions) are the property of Gunforma. You may not use our branding, copy our design, or reproduce our original content without written permission. If you believe content on Gunforma infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with a description of the material and your claim, and we will review it promptly.
Gunforma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that content posted by users is accurate, or that parts configurations shown are safe, legal, or functional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gunforma's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gunforma, its operator, and any future affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, content you submit, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Gunforma may feature sponsored content, brand partnerships, or paid placements from firearms industry companies. Sponsored content will be clearly identified as such. The presence of sponsored content does not constitute an endorsement of any product, brand, or retailer by Gunforma.
Your use of Gunforma is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date below and, for material changes, notify registered users via email. Continued use of Gunforma after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Gunforma will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
