The grip module is the biggest ergonomic decision a P365 XMacro owner gets to make. On this platform the serialized part is the fire control unit; the module around it is an unserialized housing, so the texture, the weight, the magwell and the rail are all in play without touching the slide or barrel. The XMacro's housing class is also the busiest in the family: the XMacro Comp, the AXG Legion and both XF DH3 models wear the same size, the FUSE ships on it from the factory, and the 17- and 21-round magazine family feeds all of them. This page ranks every aftermarket XMacro-size grip module in the Gunforma catalog — seventeen at this review — on the catalog's own spec sheets, the makers' stated fitment and the owner builds posted here; Sig's own factory modules appear as the baseline and in the fit tables, not in the ranking. The short answer: the Icarus Precision MACRO A.C.E. is the strongest overall pick, and Tyrant CNC's module leads the polymer field.
Gunforma doesn't do hands-on reviews, and this page doesn't pretend to. The ranking is built from four things we can show you: how precisely the maker states fitment (naming the XMacro, the slide lengths, the magazine family — not just "fits P365"); how complete the module's spec sheet is in our catalog (material, weight, magwell, rail, texture); whether it can be bought today at a price our nightly retailer feed has verified; and whether it appears in real builds posted by owners, which are linked wherever they exist. Prices on this page render live on every visit — a number no feed has confirmed within the last seven days is never shown. No line below is a feeling or a reliability opinion: if it can't be traced to a spec column, a fitment row or the maker's own wording, it doesn't ship. One standing rule: Gunforma ranks aftermarket parts only — Sig's factory modules appear on this page as the baseline and as fitment information, never as picks. Buy-it-today availability at a verified price sorts the upper half of this table; the lower half is ordered on specs and fitment alone, and a module moves up the day a verified listing or a fuller spec sheet lands.
The table lists the full field in rank order. A dash is a value the maker doesn't state, or a price we can't stand behind today — never a guess.

The most precisely specified module in the field: Icarus names the slide lengths and the magazine family outright, where most makers stop at "replaces the OEM module". It is also the only 7075-alloy module in the catalog — the rest of the metal field is 6061 or unspecified aluminum — and it has already turned up in a posted owner build. If you want metal with the magwell machined in rather than bolted on, this is the one the data backs.

No module in this table shows up in owners' hands more often. HairTriggerFlicker runs it with Mag-Mo custom backstraps, and mikeyjporter built his second P365 around one. The spec sheet reads conservative — standard texture, just under three ounces — which is what makes it an easy first step off the factory module.

Wilson's full-size XMacro module undercuts even the factory module's weight — 2.40 oz against Sig's 2.50 — while adding the magwell flare and a more aggressive texture. Wilson's own fitment line covers the XMACRO and XL models. If the short-grip version at #9 tempts you instead, read its rail caveats first.

Sharps Bros sits in the aluminum middle: heavier than Icarus's AXG MACRO, lighter than the 311s and the rest of the billet field. At this review it also has the deepest retail coverage on the page, which matters if you want to buy this week rather than wait on a maker's shop.

The AXG take on the MACRO module: a metal core that wears grip panels, so the contact surface is chosen at checkout rather than machined in. The fitment wording matches the MACRO A.C.E.'s, and a flared magwell stands in for that module's integrated one.

If the weight column decides it, this is the floor: 2.10 oz — under the factory module — with the magwell still in the mold. Icarus's AIR line is the polymer answer to its own metal modules, and it carries the same aggressive texture as the rest of the Icarus field.

The FLEX XR-17 pairs billet aluminum with the milder standard texture — the same combination Sharps Bros runs, an ounce heavier. Per Shalotek, it replaces the XMACRO OEM module.

On the columns our catalog records, the XLR-17 differs from the XR-17 by two tenths of an ounce and nothing else — Shalotek's own pages are the place to compare the two cuts. Like its sibling, per Shalotek it replaces the XMACRO OEM module.

Wilson's short-grip variant of the module at #3, and the last module in the table with a feed-verified price at this review. Both caveats are Wilson's own data: the rail is its own pattern rather than picatinny, and XL-length slides protrude past the dust cover — read both before pairing it with a light or a longer slide.
Everything below is the same housing class and appears in the comparison table above, in rank order. None had a feed-verified listing at this review — and Armory Craft is missing spec data besides — which is what ranks them here, not anything that disqualifies them.

The deepest ergonomics sheet on the page: the 311 and its SL sibling are the only modules here with a stated trigger-guard undercut and beavertail, and the thumb ledge comes left- or right-handed at checkout. It ranks here, not higher, because it is the heaviest module in the table at 7.40 oz and no feed-verified listing carried it at this review.

One of only two modules in this ranking whose maker states FUSE fit — Armory Craft at #17 is the other. Mischief says the Macro frame matches the OEM X-Macro and the Fuse in size. Scale-textured billet aluminum with a flared magwell, at 6 oz.

The oddball of the class, and per Mischief a deliberate one: XXL frames also take the 12-round flush magazines, with a rail that sits flush with a 3.7" slide. That is exactly how the one posted build runs it — armadillo_guns pairs it with a P365XL slide.

Armory Craft states both XMacro and FUSE fit — this size comes stock on both models, per its page — and compatibility with Sig's OEM TacOps magwell. It ranks last for one reason: material and weight aren't in our spec sheet yet, and this page doesn't rank what it can't show. One posted build runs it: My X Macro. Love this EDC.
A module in this class doesn't change which magazines you need — the housing class decides that, and every module above shares it. The maker's own claim for the factory 17-rounder, read live from our fit tables:
Not available in: CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA
The rest of the family, per the maker claims recorded in the same tables: the XMACRO 10-round sits flush, the 21-round extends below the grip, and Sig lists the X/XL 10-, 12- and 15-round magazines as not compatible with this class. Magpul's AMAG 17 sits flush and the AMAG 15 slightly below it; Magpul lists its 10- and 12-round AMAGs as not compatible with Macro modules. The XMacro hub keeps the full magazine table.
The builds linked through this page are the part of the ranking no spec sheet covers — real configurations, posted with photos. On running the Tyrant CNC module with Mag-Mo custom backstraps:

The FUSE ships on the XMacro-size module. Sig states FUSE fit for its own factory modules, and two makers in this ranking state it too: Armory Craft and Mischief Machine (the Commander G2). The rest are silent, which we record as unstated — not as a no.
Per Sig: the 17-round is the factory flush magazine, the XMACRO 10-round sits flush, the 21-round extends below the grip, and the X/XL 10-, 12- and 15-round magazines are listed as not compatible.
Where the maker says: Icarus states its modules fit XL (3.7") or XMACRO (3.1") slides, and Sig names an XL- or XMACRO-length slide assembly for its module. Wilson notes XL slides protrude past its Short module's dust cover. Where a maker is silent, this site doesn't guess.
Per Mischief, the Macro frame matches the OEM X-Macro and the Fuse in size, while the XXL also takes the 12-round flush magazines and carries a rail that sits flush with a 3.7" slide.
On the P365 the serialized part is the fire control unit; the grip module is an unserialized housing the FCU moves into. Follow the maker's instructions, and check your own state's rules on configurations and magazines — this page doesn't give legal advice.
It can. A module swap doesn't touch the slide, but dust-cover length and rail type vary across this table — Wilson's Short module carries a proprietary rail, and Wilson notes XL slides protrude past its dust cover — so check your holster maker's listed fits, especially with a light mounted.
If the optic is your next decision, the fit guide for red dots that fit the P365 XMacro answers the cut-by-SKU question the way this page answers grips — and FUSE owners have a page of their own.
